kromata privacy policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

In short

kromata collects no personal data and never connects to the internet. The game has no account, no ads, no analytics and no third-party libraries. Everything the game saves stays on your device.

Data controller

Olaf Rzepka, e-mail: . Since the game collects no data, in practice this only concerns messages you send us.

What the game saves on your device

  • your progress: finished levels, best results and the board layouts of levels you have started;
  • settings, such as sounds and showing color components.

This data does not leave your device, except in its backup (for example in iCloud), which you and Apple manage. Deleting the game deletes all its data.

Crash reports

If you agree in your device’s settings to share data with app developers (Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may pass anonymous crash reports of the game to us. This is a system setting, not the game’s.

E-mail

When you write to us, we receive your e-mail address and your message. We use them only to answer and resolve your request, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and keep them only as long as needed. Our e-mail runs on Apple’s iCloud service.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

Children

The game collects no data from anyone, children included.

Changes

When the game gets features that involve data (such as a full version purchase in the App Store), we will update this policy before they are released and change the date at the top of the page. If the language versions differ, the English version prevails.
